Every plan includes the web editor, the API and the connection for AI agents. The same key and the same monthly count work everywhere.
Paid plans seal your PDFs with your own certificate, take larger documents, and allow more calls a minute. Nothing is charged automatically beyond your plan. If you need more, move to a larger plan.
Enterprise

Questions
What counts as a document?
One document is one conversion that gives you back a finished PDF, however many pages it has. It counts the same whether it comes from the editor, from the API or from an AI agent.
Does the preview in the editor count?
No. Only a download counts. You can preview as often as you like.
What happens when I use up my 100 free documents?
The editor keeps working. Your downloads become watermarked PDFs until the next month starts, or until you move to a paid plan. The API answers that the quota is used up.
What happens when I reach the limit on a paid plan?
We email you before you get there, at 80 % and at 100 % of your monthly documents. After that you can move to a larger plan at any time, and the change applies straight away.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
How does yearly billing work?
A yearly plan is paid once and costs the price of ten months. It renews every year unless you cancel, and your documents are still counted month by month.
What about tax?
Prices are shown without tax. Our payment provider sells the subscription, works out any tax for your country and shows the final amount at checkout, on the invoice too.
Can I get a refund?
If legivel is not what you expected, write to support@legivel.com within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it. Renewals and later payments are not covered, and you can cancel at any time before one. The details are on the refund page.
Do you keep my documents?
No. Your Markdown and the PDF are deleted once the PDF has been delivered. We keep the size and the timing of the conversion so we can count it, and nothing of the content.
