From the annual report for 2026. The network began with 300 bicycles in one city and now runs 41,000 bicycles and 2,900 stations in six cities on three continents.

## What the board is asked to note

1. Rides per bicycle per day rose from 3.6 in 2017 to 5.2 in 2026.
2. Electric bicycles now take 61 per cent of rides and 74 per cent of ride minutes.
3. Two more cities are in negotiation for 2027. No decision is asked for yet.

> The fare integration of 2026 removed the network's own payment step. The payment provider contract ends in 2027 and does not need to be renewed at today's scale.
