The forum brings 1,200 delegates from 40 countries to a three-day meeting on 15 to 17 September 2027. This brief is the one page the planning group keeps open: it shows every workstream under the forum, so a question lands with the right person before anyone opens a spreadsheet.

## Where the delegates come from

Of the 1,200 places:

- 480 are reserved for city governments, which is 40 per cent.
- 360 for research institutes and universities, which is 30 per cent.
- 240 for ports, utilities and engineering firms, which is 20 per cent.
- 120 for press, sponsors and the host city, which is 10 per cent.

> Interpretation is booked for the plenaries only. Parallel tracks run in English, and the program marks the sessions with interpretation.
